Description
“The Lampinak” was released in 1982 on Merbow’s own label ZSF Produkt in a small edition. Until today this extremely rare tape has never been reissued in its entirety, although a pair of tracks were included in the “Merzbox” collection in 2000. Now Old Europa Cafe is reissuing the tape in a special edition of 149 hand-numbered copies.
All sounds by Masami Akita using: metals, loops, voice, percussions, flute, chains, cymbals, effects, ritual orchestrations and chants.
